Fourth Hale (House)

This lovely studio bungalow has a wonderfully creative and open atmosphere. From the pond below the lanai, to the open air kitchen area, this home supports the type of living many Hawaii residents cherish- living almost in nature itself, but with all the comforts of a modern home. The current tenant uses this space to embrace and create music, enjoying the very positive and inspiring surroundings.

As with the other houses (hales), as noted in the pictures, the house is off-grid, plenty of power, water storage, and breezy air with the beautiful weather here in Hawaii. As you can see in the pictures- the climate is arid, with just enough tropical influence to support a range of farm interests.
