Third Hale (House)

The third house is a bungalow studio with a lovely openness and relaxed atmosphere feel. As with the entire property, this house is wel-maintained, regularly painted and well-loved by the long-term tenant who is hoping to stay for many years into the future.

As with the other houses (hales), as noted in the pictures, the house is off-grid, plenty of power, water storage, and breezy air with the beautiful weather here in Hawaii. As you can see in the pictures- the climate is arid big blue sky days, with just enough tropical influence to support a range of farm interests.
