Main Hale (House)
The main house currently serves as a residence for the owner. Recently remodeled and in turn key condition. The first floor has been finishedas a studio apartment, currently finished and unoccupied. Several organizations have approached the owner ready to lease the apartment incorporating it into their assistance programs. Please see rent roll for current programs engaged.
As with the other houses (hales), as noted in the pictures, the house is off-grid, plenty of power, water storage, and breezy air with the beautiful weather here in Hawaii. As you can see in the pictures- the climate is arid, with just enough tropical influence to support a range of farm interests.
