Main Hale (House)

The main house currently serves as a residence for the owner. Recently remodeled and in beautiful turn key condition. The first floor has been finished as a studio apartment, currently furnished and unoccupied. Several organizations have approached the owner ready to lease this studio apartment, incorporating it into their assistance programs. Please see rent roll in the pdf for current programs engaged.

As with the other houses (hales), as noted in the pictures, this house is off-grid. A new 40 thousand dollar system installed on 01.2024-plenty of electricity!- 20 panels of 545w each, 14kw battery storage capacity. Also, some new appliances, new water tank covers, and breezy air with the beautiful weather here in Hawaii. As you can see in the pictures- the climate is arid, with just enough tropical influence to support a wide range of successful farming endeavors.
