Estate Gardens and Grounds

Across the Six acres of land, there are various gardens, chicken coop, luau pit, a variety of chestnut, papaya, mango (of course), dragon fruit, avocado, citrus, banana, and many more. The gardens hold a variety of beans, tomoatoes, potatoes, greens, etc. All supproted by healthy soil and plenty of sun. As the owner does not and has not used chemicals, the property is free of pesticides and insectides.

Additionally, the flow and lay of the land rolls gently down, putting the owner's residence above and in a position to overlook the property. Several building pad areas have been cleared and are ready to be developed.
